Wonderful nice apartment, quiet and comfortable, located in the heart of the Marina "Yasmine Hammamet" between a beautiful sandy beach and a beautiful marina.
La Marina "Yasmine Hammamet" is a magnificent luxury residence, located on the seafront around a marina. With its swimming pool, restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and luxury hotels around the Marina is a great place, the same calm and busy time for a vacation with family or friends.
500m is about Medina of Hammamet Yasmine and Carthage Land theme park.
With its 120m2, the apartment sleeps 8 people and consists of a living room / dining room with balcony and a large window with a great view of the canal, three bedrooms, a kitchen, of a bathroom and a shower room.
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and is on the first and last floor.

I stayed with my family, it’s a 3 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen with 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. Reasonably priced.
Nice and clean apartment but there is no private pool as the listing states. It’s a shared pool with loads of other apartments, at 4 mins walk.
Loads of shops and restaurants are nearby, and be prepared to pay extra for utilities (electricity, water and gas), sign a contact, and follow instructions to self check in and self checkout, as the host is not around.
My mistake, as I did not inform the host, but AC did not work, water pressure is too low, only one tap works at a time, and drains were clogged in bathrooms.
Also the bedding is extra and optional,
I stayed a week, paid extra €47 for bedding, €60 for bills, not mentioned in the original price, extra €45 for late check out at 6pm on last day, which is generous of the host as he originally wanted €95 for extra night stay.
The host charges 5 times electric prices and you only sign the contract a week before arrival, so too late if you don’t agree. Never heard of paying bills for 7 night stay.
I had to agree with all charges as booking is non-refundable and becomes too late to change mind.
You have to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as the cleaning charge included in price only covers cleaning surfaces, and the host makes profit on that too.

Its a beautiful, large apartment within walking distance to shops, markets, the bus station. The marina is on the doorstep. We had a small issue with dirty bedding but that was rectified immediately. We will definitely return, hipefully in the summer.
