Hazel Cottage

Cottage has everything 2 people would need. All good quality and comfortable. Grounds and shared site facilities well cared for. Lovely pool and playground. A small problem with the TV was immediately sorted. Briefly met cleaning staff, gardener and electrician and all were friendly and did a great job at maintaining the site to such a high standard.

Only downside is having to use the car so much. But short distance into Bude and within 10 minute walk is a pub in the village and a small general store in a nearby caravan site. However out of town situation is compensated for by the rural setting and interesting bird life.

Exceptional self catering with everything we needed and tastefully furnished and kitted out. Everything spotlessly clean and extra touches often missing from self catering eg enough hooks for coats and wet towels, torches, welcome flowers, milk and biscuits, very comfortable beds, wonderful powerful shower with loads of hot water. Good communication with the owner. Would recommend the cottage to everyone.

Only suggestion I could make would be for some extra crockery so the two of us wouldn't have to wash up after every meal!

Perfect place for easy access to Bude

Everthing was really clean, all was kitted out very well , the only problem we seem to have was with the chair it was not very comfy, but saying that the sofa was so no worries .
