Florence Cottage

The property was in a good location for visiting other places in the area. It was well equipped with comfortable beds and a powerful shower

The seating in the living room was extremely uncomfortable for both of us. There wasn’t much room at the dining room table. As there were two of us it was ok but seated four would have been problematic. It would involve pulling the table out which would have meant no access into the kitchen My other issue was that I emailed the property via booking.com the Thursday evening with a query but didn’t get a response. There were no contact details for the owners to contact them directly. I telephoned Sykes cottages as it was their property but booked via booking.com. An automated message said I would be sent an electronic message to submit by query. However this never arrived even though the information gave Sykes telephone number if any queries. So my query wasn’t answered . also I was concerned if anything was wrong when we arrived or during our stay that no one would respond . There was no need to contact anyone so this wasn’t tested
