This signature home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy:
First Floor
- King bedroom with private bathroom
- Queen bedroom
Second Floor
- King bedroom
- Minions-themed bedroom with two twin beds
- Mickey Mouse–themed bedroom with two queen beds
For extra fun, a ping-pong table is available in the garage.
Kitchen & Living Spaces
The modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes:
- Breakfast bar
- Stove, microwave, dishwasher
- Complete cookware, crockery, and cutlery
Perfect for preparing meals when you’re not enjoying the many nearby restaurants.
Outdoor Living & Comfort
Relax by your private pool, featuring a small outdoor dining area ideal for al fresco meals. The home also includes:
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Full cable TV
- Free local phone calls
- Washer and dryer
- Fresh linens and towels provided upon arrival
Optional pool heating or SPA service is available for $40 per night, with a 7-night minimum and 48 hours’ notice prior to check-in.

Pool Heating – Important Notes
- Maximum temperature is 95°F (standard limit)
- Heating is gradual and not instantaneous
- Pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same system
Heater provides warm, not hot, water
On cold, cloudy, or rainy days, heating may take longer and surface water may feel cooler
Housekeeping
All Plenitude Villas properties are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Food Policy
Per Florida regulations, open food items cannot be left in the property and will be discarded after check-out.
Garbage & Trash
Trash pickup occurs daily. Please dispose of garbage properly in designated areas.
Additional Charges (if applicable)

- Smoking fine: $500
- Pet fee: $150
- Excess trash fee: $75
- A/C misuse or damage: $150
- Emergency plumbing for clogs: $75

Loved staying here, very close to the hideaway club and great location for exploring parks and Kissimmee

Just as pictured. Close to everything you will need while on vacation. Close to all Disney parks. Look forward to staying here again in the future.
