About this apartment rental
This apartment classified 3 crystals, is located on the first floor of the chalet. We occupy the ground floor. Its area is 60 m2 and 45 m2 (Carrez law). Ideally located (dead end and residential), facing south, sunny all year, its terrace of 10 m2 faces Courchevel and the rock in bloom in the spring. Comprising 2 bedrooms, garden side, one attic. All bedding is quality to spend pleasant nights in peace. An integrated kitchen, fully equipped, open to the dining room with table 8 seats and 6 chairs. In its continuity, a living room with a sofa bed facing the television, 2 armchairs and a coffee table (the intimacy of the bed is preserved by a curtain insulating the living room from the rest of the room). A bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer, wall mounted hair dryer and basin on storage element. The toilets are separated. You can enjoy the lawned garden behind the house, extend your clothes in the open air and practice table tennis. In the morning you can enjoy fresh bread, the bakery is less than 2 minutes walk, the center of the resort and shops are 5 minutes and 6 minutes from the elevator to the gondola ski area La Plagne Paradiski. An independent exit with a storage for shoes, a secure key vault by code allows you if you are numerous, to leave your keys before going into activity. You can park your vehicle in front of the chalet, communal parking. A lockable ski locker is at your disposal.
