About this house rental
This villa with a swimming pool, set on a 1500 m² plot, is ideal for family holidays. The house features three beautiful bedrooms with tasteful decor and quality furnishings, a spacious dining room, and a library-style living room with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area. The villa also has a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet facilities.
One of the three bedrooms also includes a shower, a washbasin, and a separate toilet.
The property offers a private swimming pool and a large garden with terraces, for your exclusive use. The view is open and very pleasant, and the immediate proximity of the forest creates a peaceful atmosphere, while shops and the town center are easily accessible (20 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car).
We kindly ask our guests not to smoke inside the house.
Pets are not allowed.
High-speed Wi-Fi internet access included.
Optional cleaning service: €120.
We provide bed linen, blankets, toilet paper, and household cleaning products.
Arrival on Saturday after 4:00 p.m. – Departure on Saturday before 9:30 a.m.
(Towels available for rent: 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel per person, €7 per set)
