This property accommodates up to 8 adults, with capacity for up to 2 additional guest(s) using extra bed(s) for an additional fee, subject to availability. Children aged 6–12 years occupy an adult sleeping space and count toward the maximum occupancy. Up to 2 young children (0–5 years) may stay free of charge using existing bedding.
PROMOS
• Early Bird: 15% off for stays during Low and Shoulder season, 10% off for stays during High season, and 5% off for stays during Peak season for bookings made more than 120 days prior to check-in date.
• Last Minute: 20% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date (excluding Peak season).
• Long Stay: 10% off for bookings of 7 nights or more (excluding Peak season).

• Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets).
• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
• Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Heid Hei and the Luxe Nomad team were excellent - superb attentive service. We ate in several evenings and the chef was amazing. So friendly and helpful.Fisherman’s Village only a short taxi and plenty to do locally. Fully recommend.

We booked the unit for for my 60th birthday getaway and the Villa, staff and overall experience were nothing short of spectacular.The Villa manager was fantastic and looked after all of our past minute requests, as well as organizing our rides and excursions, nothing was missed and everything was exactly as planned and pre arranged.The Villa itself was everything we wanted, the rooms were spacious and clean, air conditioning worked like a hot damn and the pool area with the view was exactly what we had been hoping for.The best part of the Villa is Diamond the Chef, we cannot express our gratitude with all the meals that were prepared, we had a varied group with several allergies and we never had one issue and we were never worried that something was inside a meal that would cause any reactions. we had breakfast, lunch, and dinners at the Villa, the selection and the quantity of food was always 5 star, the service by Aoo and her assistant were always spot on and she never let a glass go empty.we have already looked at next year and cannot wait to return.
