On the 3rd and last floor with elevator the apartment is bright, with a very nice opening onto the sea and an underground parking space.
With a surface of 73 m2, it has a kitchen open to the living room facing south west, a terrace with a table, 2 quiet rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival: 2. 30 € / night and per adult

Wonderful apartment located in a quiet neighborhood just moments from the grand plage. Laurent was fantastic to work with and provided us with detailed instructions and a whole booklet of recommendations for places to check out and eat while in town. We had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment!

Bel appartement hyper bien situé. Avantage d'apercevoir la mer depuis la terrasse.
Petit bémol, le garage pas facile pour sortir quand on possède une voiture un peu large. Obligé de guider le conducteur pour les manoeuvres. Sinon, tout était parfait.
