The apartment was renovated newly in 2016 and furnished with new.
Living area: 87 m² Number of rooms: 1 kitchen with built-in furniture and dining table, 1 bathroom with shower and window, 1 living room with satellite TV and DVD, 1 master bedroom with double bed and wall unit, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, desk and wardrobe, 1 hall, 1 corner room (only by special agreement) with linen closet for landlord and 1 bed, W-LAN
Furnishings: The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and furnished with new furniture. The kitchen has stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, CD radio, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Free car parking facilities exist in front of the house or on the house plot. The two garden terraces can be used with.
Location: - (7 min. Walk) in a quiet, green and yet central location in Chemnitz, Distance from City Center 4km, bus and train and shops nearby, the forest and children's playground in Ebersdorfer Forest (5 min walk.). Lichtenwalde Palace with baroque garden is only 4km away. In the region numerous hiking opportunities are available. Especially nice is the Erzgebirge and the region of Chemnitz. The city of Chemnitz also offers numerous opportunities Culture and Education to enjoy. The Industry Museum, the Railway Museum and the new Museum of Natural History SMAC are among the highlights of the city. In a tourist city tour many new and traditional properties and projects are to be discovered. Vermietet sehr nett und persönliche Schlüsselübergabe
Eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung.
In den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen.
Moderne und gepflegte Möbel.
Obwohl es weit über 30 Grad war, ist die Wohnung durch die Rollos angenehm kühl.
Parkplatz direkt am Haus

kein direkter Zugang von der Wohnung zur Terrasse und Terrasse hat keinen Sonnenschutz
Gardinen etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Es wird an alles gedacht und alles nett arrangiert, so dass man sich willkommen fühlt (z. B. kleine Tüte Gummibärchen als Aufmerksamkeit auf den Kopfkissen). Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Parkplatz kann auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung gestellt werden, war aber nicht nötig, da wir immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gefunden haben.
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen um Chemnitz und Umgebung zu erkunden. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Chemnitz sein sollten kommen wir gern wieder.
