Lokacija (bližina vsega kar potrebuješ za prijetno bivanje na Gardskem jezeru).
Klima v sobi ni delala (zunaj 38 stopinj, zvečer 31). Vsak večer smo o težavi obvestili osebje na recepciji, katero je zagotovilo, da bo naslednji dan prišel serviser, katerega do ponovnega opozorila o nedelovanju klime ni bilo. Serviser ni storil ničesar, njegov odgovor je bil, da klima deluje. Naslednji dan pa se sploh ni odzval.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Kinderanimateurinnen waren toll! Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet aber sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant und die Pools waren super! In der Umgebung gibt es einen tollen Supermarkt, Tedi, einen Bäcker, und auch sonst alles was man benötigt.
So gut wie jedes Haus hat Poolblick. Die Kinder können sich frei auf der Anlage bewegen.
Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen keinesfalls nachvollziehen.
Wir haben kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Ein wenig Stauraum im Haus hat gefehlt. Ein Regal für Einkäufe/Lebensmittel zum Beispiel. Oder eine Garderobe/Haken für Jacken.
Manche Möbelstücke waren leicht abgewohnt. Aber das ist normal in so einer Art Appartment und eher ein Luxusproblem.
Man muss viel mit dem Auto machen, da man auf einem Hügel wohnt. Aber das kann man vorher alles in Erfahrung bringen! Den Supermarkt erreicht man trotzdem auch schnell zu Fuß!

Good position. Clean enough
Poor facilities. Unwelcome and impersonal staff. No attention to details at all and not practical. This place feels just made up to capture tourists and make profits. Not much sense of hospitality from staff, nor behind facilities available.
