Localização, estado de conservação da acomodação, e da estrutura do condomínio.
Da restrição de consumo de bebidas e comidas na área da piscina não adquiridos no bar da instalação (preço inviável).

Por ser aibnb não tinha café da manha
Houve um pouco de demora na liberaçao da chave, um pouco burocratico a liberação no sistema, porem se dispuseram em guardar nossa bagagem. No final tudo foi resolvido. Achei muita dificuldade e preço alto em contratar uber

Das áreas comuns como parquinho piscinas e brinquedoteca.
O apartamento está muito mal conservado, o ar-condicionado e tv da sala com defeito e super empoeirados. Encontrei os móveis da sacada sujos, e muita poeira nos móveis. O banheiro da suíte com o ralo entupido, por isso se o usasse, alagava todo o banheiro. Toalhas muito gastas; não havia lençol p se cobrir suficientes, a pintura e estado geral das paredes deploráveis!
