The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The view from the terrace is beautiful.
I don't like the uphill, it's not far from the promenade but the uphill is awful. It's not the cleanest, you can see that it's being cleaned superficially and it smells funny, especially the cabinets. The kitchen is nice, but it has 2 pots and a pan, the same goes for other things in the apartment. Heating is good.
