Comfortable for the 3 of us. We only needed a place to sleep for one overnight stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The shower was not so bad and there was good closet space. The microwave and dishwasher worked as it should. Counter tops were nice and the bar set up was comfortable. The location was great. Also the Host was very kind and understanding when we told her about the issues we faced with the Air BNB.

We rented for two weeks and needed an extra day so we booked for a day on booking.com. So this review will show for one day but really it's for the couple of weeks we stayed at the airbnb. When we first arrived the cleanliness was subpar. The majority of surface spaces had to be cleaned because it was visible to see a film of dirt. The baseboards were filthy. The couches and kitchen chairs looked worn out with visible stains. The place looks like it needed to be repainted and some drywall repair. When we opened the fridge we found onions left in one of the drawers which we ended up having to clean. The fridge was filthy where the drawers were. We just cleaned one drawer with the onions and used that only. We left for a week due to a family matter when we came back and was going to use the stove we opened and inside the oven we saw a pot with what looked like the previous guests food in it rotten. We contacted the host immediately. She told us we should have told her about the filthy apartment from the start instead of half of our stay which is fair cause they would have sent someone right away to clean the house. The washer and dryer are shared amongst all units which we prefer to have in the unit. It's in the basement and has a dark and gloomy feel. There was also a strong odour of Marijuana coming from the other apartment through the vents. Parking was a bit of an issue when we arrived with no parking available due to contractors vehicles that took up two spots and the rest were taken by the other guests. We did speak to the host about the issue and after we were able to get a parking spot for the rest of the stay.
