Newly renovated historic building, a 3 story house built in 1907, for use as a facility for either large numbers of guests in a dormitory setting, or as a group of apartments for smaller number of guests. Bring your sports team - the property has single beds for up to 25 persons; or rent a secure apartment for short or longer term stays. Each suite has a private bath. Three units have full kitchens. The house is flexible for multiple configurations. Contact owner with your housing needs.

Wonderful large property with a ton of beds, lots of kitchen space, and convenient to a ton of great stuff in area! Easy check in, clean, well equipped and comfortable stay, will be back again for sure!

We had a group of 16 guys come for a golf trip and the house was perfect for us. It was well cleaned and maintained.

There were some issues. The first night, it was quite cold on the ground floor, and very warm in bedroom 5. There was no shampoo and some bathrooms had no outlets.There were quite a few flies in the house. Some of the coffee cups had cracks. There should be warnings about the steep stairs.
