Apartment "Alex" has an area of 50 m2 and can accommodate 2 persons, one extra bed is possible.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The apartment includes a furnished in a romantic country-style bedroom that invites you to dream and relax. A modern living room with TV and a sofa bed for an additional sleeping option. In the living room there is a cozy dining area with space for 2 (max. 4) persons. The vollausgstattete kitchen offers while on holiday with everything you need, even here there is a small dining area. (Refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
You can bring your own bikes or rent two bicycles on site. For lending are a 28' Damenrad and a 28' gents for our guests. Please let us know when booking if you want to hire the wheels, we will confirm immediately whether the wheels are Verfühgung or are already rented to other guests.
Marienthal is located in the Brandenburg district Oberhavel, this is a paradise for cyclists, water and nature lovers. Not just his nature with numerous lakes, rivers, canals and forests, but also its cultural wealth make the district one of the finest in Brandenburg.

Marienthal place was first mentioned in a letter of Kurmark war and domain chamber to Berlin from 26th March 1754. It was as Brandenburg border village along the highway, at the crossing of the 1732-built Wentowkanal created. Mainly Leineweber here found a new home. 1816 Wentowkanal was expanded, so that he was sailing through with Odermaßkähnen. With the discovery of clay deposits between Zehdenick and Marienthal Originated in 1880 numerous brickyards. Besides brickmakers were the skipper of the barges that were used to transport bricks especially, a large population group.
The history of Marienthal is therefore closely linked to the shipping industry. 1842 founded the ship association, which exists to this day and each year traditionally celebrates its Schiffer ball.
The Great Wentowsee and the much smaller Little Wentowsee owe ihrenEntstehung the last ice age. The over 10 km long basin was carved out by the ice meltwater aubfließende below. With more than 200 km2 catchment area for this 279 hectare lake is quite large. About two-thirds are forested, the remainder is managed as arable. In the pedestrian area there are some Tonstiche. Das Apartment/die Wohnung bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann: Ein großes Bett, eine riesige Küche mit allem Pipapo, einen richtig großen Fernseher mit einer großen Programmauswahl, eine Dusche mit Regenduschkopf und vor allem eine supernette Vermieterin. Die Gegend ist toll für alle die gerne Radfahren, Wandern, Laufen oder Boot-/Kajakfahren. Alles ist ziemlich flach, so dass man lange Strecken Fahrrad fahren kann ohne hinterher total k.o. zu sein (anders als z.B. im hügeligen Bayern), es gibt jede Menge malerisch eingebettete Gewässer zum Schwimmen etc. und in den Wäldern ist man im Spätsommer/Frühherbst ziemlich allein unterwegs, man kann dort also sehr gut abschalten. Die Lage ist auch gut, man kann viel unternehmen, allerdings braucht man ein Auto bzw. sollte gerne Radfahren, denn zum Einkaufen gibt es nur einen kleinen Dorfladen, der nur wenige Stunden am Morgen geöffnet hat und nur eine kleine Auswahl an Waren hat. Will/muss man in einen Supermarkt oder so muss man schon ca. 10 km bis zu einer größeren Stadt fahren. Für mich war das kein Problem, aber falls man ohne Auto anreist, sollte man das natürlich vorher bedenken. Das Haus ist direkt an der Hauptstraße des Dorfes, man hört also tagsüber schon Autos vorbeifahren, abends bzw. nachts fährt da aber so gut wie nichts. Für aktive, naturliebhabende Urlauber also eine sehr schöne Destination.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen, um in alle Richtungen auf sehr gut angelegten und befahrbaren Radwegen Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist top-eingerichtet, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, und die Gastgeber sind unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und überdies interessante Menschen, mit denen man gern auch mal bei Bier oder Wein, zu dem man auch noch eingeladen wird, zusammensitzt, Fazit: immer wieder!

"Ideal für uns als Gäste einer Hochzeit im Ökowerk/Schloß Tornow. Die Wohnung liegt 15 Minuten Gehweite vom Schloß entfernt, ist gut eingerichtet, modern, sehr sauber und gepflegt in einem neuen Haus. ..."
