Newly remodeled 8 bedroom, 7 bathrooms (18 individual beds)!
We call it the Oprah Winfrey, “everyone gets a bed!” This huge home with a guesthouse features 18 new beds (no bunk beds) with all new bedding and mattresses. You’ll experience complete privacy in an upscale neighborhood perfect for a memorable Scottsdale experience.
The home is conveniently located a quarter-mile from the Loop 101. Only ten minutes to casinos, Old Town Scottsdale, and Diamondbacks spring training stadium, and five minutes from The WMO & Barrett Jackson.
Your group will have an experience to talk about for years to come.
THE INDOORS
The Blue Sky Oasis is perfect for large groups and families. With 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this home sleeps 16 comfortably. The spacious floor plan is perfect for entertaining and provides plenty of independent space for everyone. Gather in the beautifully appointed kitchen and dining room or have a relaxing conversation in front of the fireplace. Or perhaps have some fun in the game room playing pool, poker, ping-pong, card games and more. All the rooms are elegantly decorated and designed for maximum comfort.
THE OUTDOORS
Perhaps even better than the inside is the huge resort-style backyard. The yard features plenty of space with high-end lounge furniture for a luxurious vacation experience. You’ll love dining and entertaining in the fresh air with plentiful outdoor seating. Take a swim in the pool then round out your day with a game of volleyball, ping pong, or Jenga. Top it all off with a soak in the hot tub.
Guests say it feels like your very own boutique hotel, and we have to agree!
We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.
The pool company visits the property on Tuesdays / Thursday's between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. The landscapers may arrive at the property on Monday / Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
*Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that outdoor staff arrives at 10:30 am to start with the exterior of the property.*
* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the MAXIMUM occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time according to VRBO’s policies. Fee may apply for guest count above 16 people.
**When you book the home, please note that an incidental security deposit fee is necessary. For non-Arizona residents, the fee is $1,500 and for Arizona residents, it's $2,500. We'll send you the request after booking. Payment must be paid no later than 6 days before reservation arrival date. Failure to pay the incidental fee will lead to withholding the check-in code. Any applicable refunds will adhere to agreed-upon cancellation policy during booking. If damage coverage through VRBO is added this deposit will not be charged**

Overall the house was great! It was very nice with tons of room and things to do while we were there with the pool, hot tub and game room. Great quiet neighborhood very close to good restaurants and the golf course played. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property that was everything the pictures and description outlined. The co-host Karissa greeted us upon arrival and gave us the rundown of the property. She was easily accessible via phone & text. We had no issues at all except our second night we thought the hot tub wasn't working. I called Karissa and she walked us through on how to work the remote and was extremely helpful. I am looking into booking this property again in the future!!!

This house was perfect for three generations of family. There is plenty of room for being all together or getting private time away from the group. The back yard is beautiful. Very nice pool and plenty of lounges and plenty of shaded area also. The beds are very comfortable. Alex was quick to respond with any questions.
