About this villa rental
Enjoy a wonderful holiday in the beautiful Dordogne.

The house is just in the Perigord Pourpre (purple the color of the wine) and on the edge of a small "hamlet" called Lentignac which is part of the municipality of Sainte Alvère.
The more well-known places in the area are Le Bugue, Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac.
Transavia flies from Amsterdam almost all year in Bergerac at very attractive prices. A car you can also rent it for 200 euros per week.
The house is quiet but not isolated, but in the immediate vicinity is a lot to do, such as visiting caves like gouffre the Proumeyssac, gouffre the Lascaux and gouffre the Rouffignac, or chateaus, such as Castelnaud, Beynac and Milandes (Josephine Baker) .
There are also weekly markets, flea markets and especially the evening markets (marché nocturne) are very nice and that can be eaten and unwind.
Horse riding and tennis is also possible in the immediate vicinity.
For lovers of golf, 15 minutes from the house is the most beautiful golf course of the Dordogne, namely La Marterie Saint Felix de Reillac, www. Marterie. Bluegreen. com, Golf in Perigueux www. golfdeperigueux. com and Lolivarie Saint Germain de Belvès www. lolivariegolfclub. com.
For families with children there is a fun children's paradise 15 minutes from the house where you can spend a day www. jacquouparc. com and also there is a survivelpark Indian Forest camping Le Mondou 1 hour away from the house.
The area is next to his wines also known for its truffles. Right next to the house are truffle trees, truffle lesson, where the truffles to be found in the winter with a dog. The truffles are traded every Monday in Sainte Alvère to be 1 000 or more per kilogram.
Also outside the summer season it is wonderful and you can enjoy the peace, quiet and wooded countryside.
