About this house rental
Located in the heart of one of Downtown Stuart's coveted historical neighborhoods. This home has been totally updated with new floors, new kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, new bathroom and fresh paint. One queen bedroom with brand new furniture. Living room has new pull-out sofa bed. Three French doors lead to the patio, pool and hot tub. This location will put you in the heart of everything walkable within the charm and quaintness of Stuart, FL. You will have the guest house completely to yourself and will share the pool and hot tub area with guests of the main house. The guest house is equipped with a full size kitchen and is comfortable for two adults and up to two children, but not ideal for two couples as the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. The dinette opens up to seat up to 4 people and we have two additional chairs available if requested. The his and hers bikes are also shared with guests of the main house.

This property was a hidden gem! It was perfect for what we needed and it was centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. Lots of nostalgic memories in the area from my early years of visiting family here in the Stuart area. Thank you, Ellie & Peter!
