About this apartment rental
Piccolo / bilo, rises in a splendid villa in the midst of greenery at the foot of the town of Capoliveri, in contact with nature.
The structure is located southeast of the Island of Elba where it is possible to see beautiful panoramas that dominate the entire Gulf of Mola.
Nice and small two-room apartment of the villa, (about 35MQ); has 3/4 beds; the apartment consists of a double bed, sofa bed in the living room and bathroom with shower box with shower head; the house is perfect for a couple or even for three or four people.
Equipped kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, glasses, flatware, tables, chairs, etc., etc ...
SAT LED LCD TV, and free WI / FI internet connection.
Shared laundry, barbecue, outdoor shower, games for children and illuminated panoramic square with lovely garden; outside there is also an external covered porch with tables, chairs and deckchairs with sun loungers.
Reserved covered parking.
The owners are always available for any information.
The stays are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, except in the low season, the final prices include electricity, water, gas and final cleaning; the linen is not included.
The house is available from 13.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 9.00 on the day of departure; small pets are allowed as they do not pose any problems for the villa's customers..

wir waren von 23.06.18 - 07.07.18 zu Gast in der Villa Giuliana bei Daniele und Sabina. Wir sind bereits das vierte Mal auf Elba. Die Anlage war für uns zunächst recht schwer zu finden, die Straße sieht auf den ersten Blick wie ein Feldweg aus und geht recht steil bergab. Zudem ist sie nicht beschildert. Nachdem wir dort angekommen waren, wurden wir von Daniele und seinem Vater herzlich empfangen, trotz Sprachbarriere haben wir alles wesentliche gezeigt bekommen. Wlan hat sofort funktioniert. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit dunkelbraunen Möbeln ausgestattet, die alle in ordentlichem optischem Zustand und voll funktionionsfähig sind (das haben wir auf Elba auch schon anders erlebt). Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, auch das war alles in gutem Zustand. Das Bad, vor allem die Dusche, ist recht klein, zu zweit kann man sich dort nicht aufhalten (ist aber bisher überall so gewesen).Es handelt sich um eine kleine überschaubare Anlage, mit vier Wohneinheiten. Jede Einheit hat genug Abstand zu den Nachbarn, sodass man ungestört ist. Es gibt für jede Wohneinheit ein Carport. Zwei Außengrillanlagen stehen zur Verfügung, die mit Holz ausgestattet sind. es gibt eine Außendusche und Außenwaschbecken. Spielanlagen für die Kinder sind vorhanden (auch wenn das für uns nicht notwendig ist, da kinderlos). Die Waschküche und Waschmaschine war optisch in gutem Zustand, leider hat die Waschmaschine nicht ganz tadellos funktioniert, Sabina hat sich redlich Mühe gegeben sie in Gang zu bekommen, was dann auch immer geklappt hat. Beide sind sehr bemüht um die Gäste, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges großes Manko: Es sollten unbedingt Moskitonetze angebracht werden oder die Möglichkeit selber welche anbringen zu können. Wir konnten keine Nacht ruhig schlafen. Das hat den ansonsten tollen Urlaub wirklich geschmälert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals hingehen (dieses Mal aber mit Moskitonetz) vor allem die fußläufige Nähe zu Capoliveri ist natürlich unschlagbar.

Bella posizione gradevole porzione di villa comodo per Capoliveri, peccato mancanza del box doccia, la tenda è scomoda,negativa l acqua che fluisce dai rubinetti salata... Fantastico il barbecue esterno e la doccia.

L’isola d’Elba è un tuffo negli anni ‘90 e Villa Giuliana lo è ancora di più. Gentilissimo il signor Daniel, molto pulita la casa, che regala agli ospiti una bellissima veduta sull’isola. Peccato non ci sia né l’aria condizionata né un bagno adeguatamente ristrutturato, di cui dovrebbero essere presenti foto sull’annuncio. Non guasterebbero inoltre un materasso veramente matrimoniale e una coppia di cuscini migliori. Un po’ “adventure” il vialetto d’ingresso, molto ripido! Ottima la vicinanza a Capoliveri, paesino sempre animato fino a tarda notte. Atmosfera da festa di paese.
