>> Separate kitchen-diner with a lovely patio view. Exposed brickwork from the original building. Plates, cups, cooking pans etc are provided. Fridge and a table for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

>> Large and airy main studio room with en-suite. Spacious and comfortable. At the moment we have 2 single beds, and a comfortable sofa-bed for the extra guest.

>> Small, clean shower, all towels and basic shampoo / soap is provided.

The heart of Georgian life is the yard. The yard is called ezo'. Everything takes place in the yard. The yard here is perfect and very Georgian. Perfect location for getting anywhere
