Entrance opening into the living room,
A bright and spacious living room with small office area,
TV, WIFI, air conditioning, ironing board, washing machine, dryer,
1 private bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 for 2 people,
1 mezzanine open bedroom with 2 singles beds of 90 that can accomodate 2 people,
1 independent equipped kitchen open "flat past"on living room,
1 independent shower room and laundry area,
1 independent toilet,
## Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment except two closets closed by padlocks for personal belongings of the owner.
## Interaction
I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and can move me in case of problem for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions.
The check-in is between 15 hours and 20 hours. If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.
I also offer private concierge services on request, such as Shuttle services, household services or organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Great apartment in perfect location with restaurants and cafes, shops all right outside door. Apartment was accurate to pictures except loft area the ceilings very low so no adult could stay up there. Otherwise place was perfect for a 1 bedroom. Property management company was awesome and very accommodating!

I enjoyed staying in this apartment! It was very clean and conveniently located near the Croisette and Palais. Its very nicely furnished and looks very authentic.
