Jonquil Motel

The character of the place really stood out. A 90 year old facility had a charm that was enchanting. So this is not a place to stay if you want modern everything. But if you want cleanliness, well put together charm then this is the place.

The door lock was a little iffy. I accidentally separated the key from the plastic fob when I was opening the lock. The deadbolt was the only lock that worked, the door latch didn't catch at all.

Not sure what breakfast you’re referring to. The room was great and the king bed very comfortable. We noted the room number so when we visit again, we will ask for the same room!

When we arrived at the property the Office was closed, despite the fact that the sign stated that they were open. We did not know which room was ours, and didn't know how to access the room. We could not check our emails due to a computer hack, so we tried to contact the owners on the telephone (twice) and they did NOT get (and still have not gotten) back to us. Thanks to a helpful fellow guest, we were able to figure out how to get into our room. The owners left us high and dry and that's unacceptable!
