For rent by the sea beautiful studio equipped with every comfort, air-conditioned, 5 minutes from saint florent. Beautiful living room with bay window, small terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Sofa bed convertible 160, flat screen 80 cm, bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
In a condominium of 12 hectares with trees guardian.
You can dine on a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Private parking for cars, motorcycles, quads, boats.

The property was better than seen in the photos. It’s a very cute, clean and nice space with all necessary essentials. It is also not far away from the saint-florent town. It has a very nice clean beach just 5min away from the accommodation.
The only fault would be that it wasn’t easy to communicate with the host and he asked us to clean the space by ourselves or gave an option of getting a maid to do it for 30 Euros. Unfortunately we were not told about it at the time of the booking but we cleaned it by ourselves as all the cleaning products were provided.
However all in all I do recommend staying here and Michela the host was very helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay in the house more than we expected before coming on the trip. Would definitely stay here again when we comeback

Un studio parfait.. rien à redire. Des propriétaires adorables et leur beau petit garçon. Endroit très calme. On va à la mer à pied (8mn). Une très belle plage avec peu de monde.. ce que nous voulions.

Accueil TRES succinct (5' à l'arrivée et au départ !) de la propriétaire ( découverte fonctionnement barbecue par téléphone avec le propriétaire que nous n'avons pas rencontré…, découverte fonctionnement clim par nous-même...).
Les points noirs : frigo TRES bruyant (j'ai calé un rouleau de Sopalin derrière, cela a bien atténué le bruit sinon : nuits blanches assurées).
Matelas du canapé H.S : on dort directement sur les ressorts !
Insonorisation NULLE (les voisins travailleurs saisonniers se lèvent à 6h15 et 7h tous les matins : réveil garanti) !
Si l'on ajoute à cela, un store vétuste qui ne ferme pas complétement, les nuits sont courtes et on a intérêt à se coucher tôt !
Sinon, résidence calme et idéale pour les amoureux des chats (nombreux) qui divaguent.
Ne pas manquer le spectacle quotidien des "bonnes âmes" qui viennent les nourrir quotidiennement et le ballet des corbeaux qui viennent manger les restes, le soir !
Côté Sécurité : on ne vous donne qu'une clé de verrou (peu rassurant car on ne peut s'enfermer) et, en prime, une baie vitrée dont la fermeture est cassée !
Points positifs : emplacement magnifique (vue mer et couchers de soleil !).
Studio bien équipé : il manquerait un grille-pain et une pendule de salon ainsi qu'une petite bassine pour le linge + remise en place en place des bondes lavabo et baignoire enlevées par souci d'économie ?
La prise en compte de ces suggestions d'amélioration pourraient en faire un lieu de séjour très agréable.
