House situated in a valley with views of the river "Rio Poio" and the mountain.
Built in 1916 by my grandfather and recently restored.
It is to receive up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms. Price per person -2P p / Room.
In R / C has a dining / kitchen with an open fireplace and all the equipment needed to prepare meals in the winter, because there is a summer kitchen on the 1st floor level with a beautiful terrraço in Outdoor dining can be beautiful when he did.

Très bon accueil par la famille de la propriétaire. Maison très propre et très bien équipée, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Dommage qu'elle soit située au bord d'une route départementale sans trottoirs (insécurité au sortir de la maison pour rejoindre la voiture garée 50m plus bas, et nuisances sonores la nuit car pas de fenêtres à double vitrage). Véhicule indispensable car les villes touristiques sont à pas moins de 3/4h de route et les commerces les plus proches sont à 2-3kms (Cerva). On trouve dans cette petite ville tout ce s'il faut, et même une superbe plage fluviale avec pelouse aménagée, pataugeoire alimentée par l'eau limpide de la rivière. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
