About this house rental
"In the paradise of the Outardes"
It is with pleasure that we will receive you in the heart of our horticultural field and a park of 6000m ², in a gite of 50 m ² being able to accomodate up to 4 people.
Although in the countryside you can find 5 minutes by car, most local shops.
Description:
- swimming pool
- air conditioner
- equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
electric and dishwasher. as well as the dishes)
- sitting area with a sofa convertible rapido 2 people (new bedding).
-bedroom sleeping 2 (with new bedding in 140 x 190),
-Mezzanine with 2 beds 90 x 190cm for children
- bathroom with walk-in shower,
- Independent toilet.
- a laundry room with a washing machine (drying rack outside). and a table
to redo.
- non smoking accommodation
- pets not allowed
Location:
Between Nîmes la Romaine and Montpellier Studieuse. is located "paradise Outardes" (6000m² of land),
in the heart of [a Petite Camargue (near Vauvert).
You can also choose to wander around the cottage, under the pine forest, around the pool or near the pond,
alternately rocked by the sound of the fountain, and that of the cicadas, or go to admire many
birds, including Outardes, who live in the nearby field, and nearby, on the property,
owls, middle owls, cuckoo jays, European bee-eaters ... and with luck, a heron
ash....

RATE OF STAY:
Off season from October to April: 500 € the week
Mid-season May June and September: 600 € the week
Full season July August: 750 € the week
Cleaning and linen are not included in the price
Security deposit of 300.00 €, at the entrance to the premises which will be returned, at the latest two weeks after the departure of the holidaymaker, if no damage was found
Optional options with supplement:
Cleaning fee at the end of stay: 70 €
Bed linen package: 15 € per bed linen (towels are included if you choose this package)
