Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, el parking y las terrazas, que son perfectas para desayunar o tomar un café con tranquilidad. El alojamiento estaba muy bien en general. Como único punto a mejorar, el sofá y las sillas del comedor nos resultaron bastante incómodos. Si fueran más confortables, la experiencia sería prácticamente perfecta. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaríamos.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la incomodidad del sofá y de las sillas del comedor, ya que resultaron poco confortables. Es un aspecto que, si se mejorara, haría que la experiencia fuera excelente.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, Küche war alles vorhanden, Betten gut, Einkauf bei Super Dino direkt gegenüber im Center. Eigene Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr komfortabel.

Terasse direkt an der Strasse. Meersicht nur vom kleinen Balkon. Die Umgebung des Einkaufszentrums ist um das Weekend sehr lärmig, wegen den Bars im Center

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of January, family with 2 children. The apartment is somewhere between classic and modern, it is spacious, clean, the bedrooms are upstairs. It has two terraces with spectacular views of the ocean. Also a great advantage is the private underground parking. It has access to the pool but we did not use it, the water being cold in January. It is the perfect location if you want more peace and quiet and not the hustle of Santa Cruz. By car we reached Teresitas Beach or La Laguna very easily. Radazul is a small town, on the coast, it has a small but cozy beach. The road is full of serpentines, this is a warning for those who drive, it has nothing to do with the accommodation. The accommodation was perfect for us. I recommend it.

The location of the apartment is good and is practical that is has a garage. The overall equipment was okay.

I'am someone who is often staying is Tenerife. I had more then 10+ airbnbs and apartments booked here in the last 3 years. I never went to a hotel. So I consider myself as someone who has some experience in travelling and staying in apartments and airbnbs. This review is my subjective opinion. And Iam absolutely not trying to make someone to look bad. But in this case this apartment is valued at "9.1" in booking which for me seemed very high. - The dishwasher is clearly rusting on the inside. (foto) - Already different kind of hairs in the bed. (foto) The apartment is a little bit older and has not been renovated for a while. But of course me as a guest can not expect to be in fully renovated apartment all the time. For the price we paid though I expected more. The bedsheet was very used and very old. My grandfather had a sheet like this that he used for about 35 years. Under the thin bedsheet there was some hairs from some people. The pillowcase smelled like someone hasn't washed their pillowcase for three or four weeks and always sweats a little. Then I removed the pillow case from the pillow and this smell came from the pillow itself. The white pillow also had some yellow stains on it. (foto) This made my sleep a little bit uncomfortable as I'am used to sleep with a pillow but none of the pillow smelled fresh, or freshly washed. Everything smelled used. Not horrible. But used. I was considering to wash the blankets, the bedsheet and the pillowcases but because i just stayed for 4 nights I didn't do it. I'am not a person who is cleaning his apartment every second day. I like vintage places, old furnitures and things with patina. But a bed for me should smell fresh, and it should be clean. Especially for around 550€-600€ for four nights. This apartment felt more used and less cared about then others. The price does not mirror the equipment.
