About this apartment rental

Solmar II is a residential complex of 20 low-rise apartments of three storeys (without lift) of low density, family-friendly and modern. It has 1,000 m2 of gardens, swimming pool and underground parking. Located just 40 m from the beach, with spacious east-facing terraces, overlooking the pool and landscaped areas. All apartments include washing machine, microwave and TV.

First floor apartment, with three bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), one full bathroom, a shower-toilet, kitchen with American bar, laundry-gallery, living-dining room and terrace (with awning) facing east, frontal to the sea with views of the pool and landscaped areas. Includes parking space, WIFI service.

Capacity 5/6 people.

NO YOUNG GROUP IS ACCEPTED (ages under thirty years).

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Todo. Ubicación, limpieza, comunidad muy amable, piscina y horarios de esta, tranquilidad y cercanía al centro y la playa. Además tiene ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. Los colchones y los sofás bastante aceptables para no ser los propios... Está todo bien!!

Nos ha encantado el lugar, nos gustaría que fuera un poco más barato, el piso estaba muy limpio y los accesos a la finca estupendos. Si nos es posible económicamente el año que viene repetiremos en esta playa. El precio

La tranquilidad de la urbanización y su situación. Cerca de la playa y de restaurantes donde ponen comida para llevar. La limpieza del apartamento. Estaba llenísimo de polvo todo.
