Quiet apartment in a quiet village in the Bavarian forest. Only 5 minutes by car to the center of Deggendorf and only 50 KM to the Czech border. Apartment fully furnished: Fully equipped kitchen with small bar, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, pots, pan, glasses, etc. Coffee machine, dining table with chairs, 3 beds (an extra bed possible) (box spring 90 cm x 200 cm) Large winter garden (approx. 30 m²). Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The size given only refers to the apartment (34m²). The winter garden with separate access to the apartment also has another 30 m². In addition there is the bathroom with toilet. Together the apartment has about 70 m². There is a cloakroom and some sports equipment in the winter garden. The garden table and benches can also be set up outside in the winter garden (covered barbecue facilities). Whether hiking in the Bavarian forest, a visit to the Elypso water park or an adventure in the living western town of Pullman City are just a few of the attractions that you can visit here on vacation. The three-river city of Passau, the Regensburg Cathedral are popular destinations that can also be reached in 30 - 40 minutes by car. The winter sports areas "Geißkopf" or "Arber" can also be reached in less than an hour by car.
