Safe, clean apartment in the center of Rio Cuarto. Owners were easy to reach and responsive.
The apartment was too cold at night as the night temperature drops a lot.

The apartment is very well equipped and decorated. The kitchen had all the utensils I needed, they were brand new and of quality (e.g. non-stick pans). They give you different kinds of teas, mate, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. Hot water is reliable, you get soap, shampoo and conditioner. Digital TV with many channels. It is very close to the center. There's a small shop just across the street and a big supermarket a few blocks away.
It could be quieter. I could hear one neighbor's TV through the walls, but it stopped before 11pm. The bedroom window looks to a nearby square where there was a party one night. The other night was quiet. I had to pay IVA. I didn't mind, it was still good value, and it is mandatory if you pay cash. Sockets are Argentinian standard only, and there's none by the bed. The nightstand is very small. There were way too many pillows for my taste :-).
