The outdoor area was superb for keeping entertained 2 young kids and dog. Especially the pool. The location is also excellent for day/half day trips to Alberobello, Matera, Monopoli, Ostuni etc

La villa è molto bella. Lo spazio interno è ampio ed è dotata di tutti i confort. All’esterno è ancora meglio, abbiamo usufruito della piscina al massimo. Una vera oasi di pace. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro peloso e anche lei ha avuto l’opportunità di godere della tanto attesa libertà. Lo staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione.

Patricia and Francesco are just great hosts:
we had a really warm welcome, they were really helpful throughout our whole stay and there were lots of little extras we didn't even expect (some water in the fridge already, free wood for the barbecue, ...).
The property is larger then we expected from the photos, the pool was perfectly clean when we arrived and there is a cleaning robot if you want it cleaned during your stay (fun to watch doing it's business :) at least for me)
Around the house everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen is really well equiped, the bedrooms can be darkened almost perfectly (really great) and there is mosquitonets on all the windows so everything else stays out while you let some fresh air in.

The Villa is well equipped with lovely pool area. The hosts provided with drinking water, pasta and one free breakfast (croissant and juice) . We had a great time, the place is really clean, big and with all the facilities.
The tranquility of the place, the exclusivity, comfort, privacy and availability. The house is very pleasant.
The location of the house is central within 40 minutes drive you already have many tourist attractions.
Everything was perfect, the house was really great and quiet.
The owners are very kind and helpful. We 100% recommend it!
There is a small problem with hot water boiler, you can't have stabile temperature, it always jumps cold or too hot. Not comfortable as you have to be ready adjust all the time.
Please note AC is in the corridor not in each room.
