The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They make sure that you feel at home. We were able to use kitchen facilities and had 2 very nice breakfasts with nothing lacking. The conservatory where we ate is lovely and has the sun shining right into it in the morning. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come again some time :)

Sharon and her husband were the best hosts, my son and his friend stayed with them for a month and they were treated as family, they adapted the room for them, and offered all the facilities to make them feel like home, special mention to the wonderfull breakfasts!!!

Very friendly hospitable hosts who went above and beyond to make us welcome in their home. The continental breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely setting, looking out over garden. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent storage and provided everything we needed. The location was very convenient for both Glasgow and Ayrshire where we were visiting family and there was parking available on the driveway. We would have no hesitation in booking again.
I think we both agreed that the property and hosts were perfect and there really wasn't anything we disliked.
