Grande Carribean l Guest Friendly l Waterpark Gym Sauna Jacuzzi

A view from the balcony of 17th floor. The host was good and responded promptly to messages

Many things are not as advertised or described, and cockroaches also appear from time to time. The most annoying thing was that, although the property was advertised on Booking.com, payment had to be made in cash. On arrival, the price had increased due to the currency exchange rate. It’s especially frustrating when you book well in advance, only to be charged more when it’s too late to cancel or make changes. Furthermore, although an invoice was advertised as being provided, my requests to receive it have been completely ignored. This is the first and last time I will book a property on Booking.com that requires payment in cash.

Everything

Enjoyment

Beautiful apartment, and building, loved the pool and never busy, great view of the sea, 24hr Security, the host Elena was super friendly and replied quickly to any requests.

Nothing

It is a self-check-in apartment. After booking, we received clear instructions from the host on how to check in, and everything went very smoothly. The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to 7-Eleven and many restaurants. It’s also easy to get to Jomtien Beach and Walking Street.
