About this apartment rental
Less than a 1/ 2 hour from RSW airport, this lovely top floor condo in the gated community of Cinnamon Cove, is conveniently located close to entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel.
Your rental includes all utilities, basic xfinity TV service, and wi-fi. The condo has all stainless steel appliances and is well equipped with housewares, linens, and towels, with an in-unit washer and dryer. The living room sliders that lead to the screened lanai overlooking the lake as does the master bedroom. A Roku Smart TV is located in the living room across from comfortable sofa seating. The bedroom, with a queen sized bed and Roku Smart TV, has an attached bathroom. There is also a separate powder room for guests. The condo building has an elevator and there is a dedicated parking space assigned to the condo directly in front of the building.
When you're not out enjoying the sights nearby, you can take advantage of the Cinnamon Cove Clubhouse located just past our gated entrance. Both the fitness center and large main pool and spa adjoin the clubhouse - the clubhouse complex also has picnic tables, gas grills, billiards and table tennis. There are numerous outside sports to play right in the community - use any of the 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 bocce ball courts, 6 shuffleboard courts, 3 fishing lakes and 3 additional satellite pools.
There are so many exciting things to do in and around Cinnamon Cove - you'll never want your visit to end!

This was my second stay at this property. Even though it is only a one bedroom, there is plenty of room. The full view of the lake from the lani is priceless. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. My boyfriend and I have already booked it for March of 2026. The owners (Pat and Hank) We’re so easy to work with.

Wonderful vacation location. Beaches close and pool on grounds. Lots going on for entertainment with a band and food trucks. Neighbors very friendly and welcoming.
