For the exclusive use of the apartment a large garden of 200 square meters immersed in the beautiful olive trees that shade the entire area and where to prepare delicious barbecue, large pergola adjacent to the garden of 30 square meters where you can enjoy moments of relaxation, and equipped small terrace on the first floor of about 20 square meters where you can relax with friends.
The apartment on the 1st floor is divided into two large rooms plus a bathroom with a comfortable and large shower.
At the entrance we find a beautiful fully equipped open space kitchen with a dining area that overlooks a naturalistic panorama. In the second large room we find in the open space two comfortable double beds with the possibility of using them also as single beds. The bathroom serving the rooms has a comfortable shower. Small pets are allowed in the apartment while medium and large pets can enjoy the large and spacious outdoor garden. End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Fixed cost of cleaning 25 euros. Minimum stay required of one week.

The apartment is 11 km from Senigallia, one of the main tourist resorts in the Marche, thanks to the famous "velvet beach". It is 40 km from the Riviera del Conero that extends from the port of Ancona to Numana. The Frasassi Caves are 30 km away. A 40 minute drive we find the Oltremare and Acquafan of Riccione, Fiabilandia and Italy in miniature of Rimini, Mirabilandia of Ravenna. To visit Corinaldo, Ostra Vetere, Barbara famous for hosting the smallest square in the world.
