Nismo imali doručak, lokacija je izvrsna, mirna je i blizu plaže i dućana. Domaćini vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi.

Manjka utičnica u sobi i dodatno svjetlo u kupaonici.

Пані Марія дуже мила жінка, просили прати декілька разів, робила це без проблем. Місце розташування - супер, близько до моря! Все дуже сподобалось! Приїдемо ще.

Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i na raspolaganju. Apartman je čist i uredan. Blizu plaže, u blizini je i dućan i restoran.

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had warm water in the bathroom and an functioning air conditioner. The kitchen is relatively well equipped with a small fridge, electric stoves, a microwave, a boiler and various utensils and pots. The host is a very sweet old lady. We don't speak any Croatian at all, but we could communicate via a translation app :). She is very helpful. After we asked, she provided us with some salt for cooking, some shampoo and a vacuum cleaner that we needed for vacuum bags in our suitcase. We totally appreciate her help! The location is amazing! A nice pebbly beach is less than 5' away and a beach cafe/bar has coffee, drinks and snacks. A supermarket, a local grocery seller, a restaurant and a cafe with nice ice cream at the same distance. Basically everything one needs. There are more beaches, cafes and restaurants available within 15' walking in Petrcane. Buses to Zadar run many times a day in the weekdays, but are limited in the weekend. All in all, we had a very good experience.

The air conditioner was making a loud noise that made it pretty less convenient to use, especially during the night. The WiFi connection to the internet was super slow, even though the WiFi signal was strong. I suspect that too many people share it at the same time, as early in the morning it was pretty faster. On our last night, our neighbor tenants were speaking and listening to music after midnight. We could hear everything and couldn't sleep. (We had to get up at 04:30 to catch our very early flight.) I'm afraid, they could also hear everything when we watched Netflix on the TV. There were some light yellow stains on our bed sheet. The room was relatively clean, but it could have been cleaner. If the cooking stoves, the kitchen boiler and the bathroom boiler run at the same time, it can happen that the electrical fuses drop. It's not a big problem. We turned on the bathroom boiler when not cooking (water stays warm for pretty long) and temporarily turn off the stoves while using the kitchen boiler. A mosquito net in the bathroom window would be an improvement.
