We are well located, close to everything, banks, supermarkets etc. the place is good mainly because they have security, you can leave the house quiet
Located in central Abernéssia two blocks from the main avenue.
It is 3 km from the center of Capivari.
For anyone who has provision gives to walk to Capivari.
The house is small but very cozy and has a grassy terrain with table to have breakfast in the sun, also has a good barbecue with half a soccer field and soccer goal, including floodlit to invade the night.

Casa aconchegante dentro do descrito pela proprietaria. Otimo quintal e churrasqueira. Utensilios e cobertores quebraram um galhao. Pegamos 5 graus, entao prepare para acender a lareira e dar dar uma pressao, pq fez frio!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste chalé super aconchegante. Ele é exatamente como esta na foto. A proprietária é super solicita. Estava super limpo e organizado. Recomendo.
