Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on ½ Acre of private land with lots of privacy, Beautiful pool with completely fenced in backyard for total privacy.
Getting around:
Our home is located near by plenty of shopping centers, If you need anything during your stay you are only 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizzerias, bars and just about everything you could ever need. Plaza also features a shopping mall. Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is less than 45 minutes away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 minutes from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides, and wildlife. Perfect home for the family or a couple to getaway.

We came to Florida at the last minute and we found this house available to rent. And what a beautiful home it is!! Stefan put a lot of thought into what would be needed to make your stay a pleasant one. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Stefan responds quickly with any questions you might have. This is a very nice neighborhood and has many stores and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!

Listing was posted -heated pool, however once booked, was told that that is an extra charge per day.

Stefan’s home is beautiful and is well appointed with all the supplies you need for a great vacation. Plenty of towels & wonderful kitchen appliances. The pool was fantastic and our family spent many hours enjoying it.A home with wonderful A/C in Florida is essential and you won’t be disappointed here. The A/C was amazing after a long hot day out doing activities. We kept the thermostat at 76° and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here immensely! We plan to return again when we’re in the area. Stefan & his Dad were fantastic host Sincerely , The Walkers
