The property was perfect for our needs. Close to everything but lovely and quiet. Jim was a great host.

We had a great time at Jim's property in Cape Woolamai.Jim was very friendly and responsive, even through the peak holiday period. He was very accommodating. The house felt like an old family home but was in good condition and was perfect for the family. The kitchen was well equipped with some of the essentials in the pantry and plenty of pots/pans/plates/bowls etc. The kids playroom was perfect for the kids, with a wide selection of games and movies. There were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep and 1 bathroom and an en suite. The house is within walking distance to the family friendly and surf beaches, and there is a warm outdoor shower to wash off before entering the house. A note that linen is not provided, which was absent from the listing at the time of booking. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

The location is good. The place is a bit dated. Its comfortable and big enough for a large family like ours.
