Der Vermieter hat die Heizung in Gang gesetzt, weil es kalt war im Juni
Die Ausstattung in Küche könnte verbessert werden. Keine Reaktion auf Internet und TV Probleme.

Verblijf met parkeerplaats voor de deur (plus laadpaal indien vooraf afgesproken met de eigenaar), tuintje er achter, en voldoende uitrusting er in, in een rustig dorpje. Zo'n drie kwartier rijden van Heidelberg en op dezelfde of kleinere afstand (langs grote wegen, met veel haarspeldbochten) van een hele hoop stadjes en dorpjes in de omgeving. Te midden van de bossen, dus ook geschikt voor wandelaars.
Iets betere controle op hoe de huurders de afwas hebben achtergelaten, mocht wel. En het verblijf is een beetje gehorig: als er water gebruikt wordt op de bovenverdieping, dan hoor je dat door de buizen lopen. Als er kinderen op- en aflopen op diezelfde bovenverdieping, dan hoor je dat eveneens. Maar voor de rest geen 'klachten'.

Alles was prima! Compleet uitgerust (grote kast in slaapkamer, voldoende keukenkastjes, hal met kapstok, lekkere zitbank met salontafel, prima eettafel, bad, toiletkastje etc.).
Het was buiten koud (het vroor) en de verwarming ging 's nachts automatisch omlaag waardoor het 's morgens wel fris was.
