Naprosta přednost tohoto ubytování je terasa. Užasná, prostorná, s vyhledem na moře. Apartmán je prostorny, čisty, ideální misto. Kousek asi 300m je obchod s pěčivem vše potřebné. K moři cca 200m z kopce.
Mohla by byt malinko větší koupelna, na to jak je velky apartmán je koupelna opravdu malinka. Chybí jakekoli odkladací misto na toaletní potřeby. Kuchyn ma jen zakladní nádobí. Vše je ale jen kosmetická vada. Apartmán je u hlavní cesty což vubec nevadí, je situován směrem na moře. K moři se jde docela strmě dolu a tedy zase nahoru. Ale krásná procházka.
