Very nice, modern and quiet villa with magnificent view to the sea. The owners are very kind and helpfull. The whole apartment is very well equipped.

Amazing place to stay.
The one thing that is missing for a Perfect score was an airconditioning in the bed rooms.

The place is superb - the house is spacious, well organized and nicely decorated. It has great views over the see. The house was crystal clear. The contact with the hosts - before, during and after our stay - was also very good. Worth to mention, unlike what I have seen on the booking.com description, the villa and the garden remains for you only (so the kitchen is obviously not shared). In overall, we enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend the place and the hosts.
This is not a complaint, just keep in mind you need around 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car to get to the seaside (note that parking in Lovran is free of charge, unlike in most of the surrounding towns).
