A quiet rural apartment in a stone house

We truly enjoyed our stay in Korita. The hosts were so welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The different areas of the garden allow each ‘apartment’ to enjoy sitting out while maintaining privacy. Korita is a 5min drive to Sapluna and its sandy beaches and about 50 min away from the National park and the lakes. You will need a car though to go around the island.

Our favourite place. We already stayed twice here. This place feels like home to us. It's a little paradise in lovely little korita not far from a wonderful beach. The people are so lovely and we will miss them lot. We will come back for sure. We loved every minute and are very sad to leave.

You will want to stay longer at this modern and beautiful apartment

We were treated like family at this beautiful apartment - a 600 year old house completely renovated to a high quality. Frano met us at the ferry terminal when we arrived to make sure we knew how to get to the property and gave us his number in case we had any questions. Upon arrival we were shown the apartment and then sat down for drinks with our friendly hosts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and with all modern appliances and fittings but decorated with items that reflect the history of the home. The hosts are kind, generous, and made us feel very welcome. The apartment had a great bed, A/C, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We highly recommend a stay and were sorry to leave after a few nights.

Amazing accommodation for relaxing vacation

Our visit to Mljet and stay in Apartments Korita were amazing! Apartments have nice, tidy interior and big courtyard outside, including terrace and grill, surrounded by nature. Hosts greeted us and were super friendly along our stay. Recommended!

it is a real pleasure to meet owners who want to talk to their guests. maria and Fabian fall into this category. we were welcomed into a Croatian family that has an irreproachable sense of hospitality punctuated by many marks of attention that we will not forget.

the apartment is very comfortable clean, and close to beautiful sandy (Saplunara) and playful (Blue odysseus cave) beaches and creeks.

A great place for an authentic island experience and fun family holiday

The hosts were warm and kind and straight away made us feel at home. The property was spotless with a cool, shaded terrace. The village is a five-minute drive from three sandy beaches, the smallest of which (mala saplunara) is heaven for small children, with a single cafe that serves drinks and snacks. Highly recommended.

A peaceful tiny house

A peaceful tiny house We stayed at the ground appartement twice and had a wonderful time. The appartement is super clean (!), really cosy decorated and it has everything you need. It is a very quiet place and the care takers are really friendly and supportive. Beaches are a 5 minute drive. Highly reccomend this place.

It does not have a pool or quick acces to beach. However that was not a problem for us.

Exceptional

Very neat and nicely designed apartment, we had everything we needed for a one- week stay. Located in the old village Korita, the apartment is the extension of the old family stone house, snuggled into the charming surrounding. There's plenty of outdoor space for kids play and also various outdoor seating areas for chilling out. Our hosts Marija, Fabijan, Pero and Trish are always around and they were very friendly and helpful, we had all the support from their side (and the dinner was amazing!). Mljet island and the National park are beautiful destinations to visit, we'll come back for sure :)

Great hosts, beautiful nature, peace and quiet

Apartments are spotless clean. Decorated with lot of taste. Yard is nice and kids really enjoyed playing around. Saplunara beach is close . It has two sandy beaches close to each other. Both are clean and nice for children. on the other side of the island is National park Mljet which is must see.

Most of the restorants are closed at lunch time. If you are heading to a certain area better check if restaurants are open before 18h. Island is not well covered with mobile network. Which can make you be off line during vacation :)

Perfect

We were warmly welcomed by Fabian and Maria and invited to sit with them for drinks and a piece of homemade cake. Their hospitality was superb. The accommodation was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. The location is perfect if you have a car - only 10min drive from Saplunara and 20min from the Ferry in Sobra. Free parking is available right in front of the house. We would gladly stay there again. Very warm and kind people😀 Apartment was brand new and very comfort. Apartment location is quaiet and peaceful. Perfect place to spend your vacation! Everything is even better then pictures on this site. Only sad thing, that we spend only four days in this perfect apartment 🙁 Vacation ended. Highly recommend stay there and enjoy your holidays you won regrett!!😀

Feeling home!

The apartment is very nice, it is completely new (we were the fifth guests) and was very clean. We stayed there with two small kids and they enjoyed a lot the outside space as well with 2 swings. Fabijan and Marija have been amazing hosts making us really feeling home. They offered us food and drinks and invited us to their table for dinner and breakfast, we spend several time knowing them better and getting advices for Mjiet and Croatia in general. They even gave us a small gift when we left. The apartment is 5 min by car from Saplunara, a perfect sand beach for kids and one of the most beautiful in the island. I would absolutely recommend!

Naprosto fenomenální místo, klidu, míru s fantastickým majitelem. Je to jedno z těch míst s příběhem lidské existence, díky které máte víru že to se planetou nemůže dopadnout špatně. Pokud je nás takových jako pan majitel většina, potom čeká lidstvo zářná budoucnost. Děkujeme za týden v ráji v 600 let staré osadě s nádhernou zahradou naprostým klidem, tichem, výhledem na hvězdy bez světelného smogu ale hlavně s naprosto výjimečnými lidmi, kteří obohatily náš život navždy.
