O apartamento do Maurício é excelente. Com imóveis em boas condições, banheiros, cozinha bem equipada, wi-fi "de verdade", TV a cabo suficiente. Ele também oferece todo o suporte para garantir o nosso conforto e ainda conta com a ajuda do Sr. Zé Pedro (funcionário do Condomínio), muito atencioso por sinal.
Só não ganhou as 5 estrelas porque não tem ar-condicionado, apesar dos ventiladores de teto. Apesar disso dá pra ficar numa boa e o descanso é garantido.

Próximo a praia e comércio e grande prestação de serviço dos porteiros, acesso dá garagem ao imóvel por elevador e carrinho para suporte a bagagem.

Deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos à atenção conosco desde o primeiro contato até nossa saída, foram dias que pude desfrutar de um ótimo lugar para descansar, me sentindo literalmente em casa, sobretudo com a comodidade de estar muito próximo comércio e 5 minutos a pé de uma das mais lindas praias dá região dos lagos...
