Propreté et espace dans ce logement confortable pour 4, accès direct plage . Belle déco dans le Logement : de très bon goût
Orio est assez décevante comme ville , pas de commerces à proximité du logement sauf restauration. Salles de bains confortables mais les joints Ont vraiment besoin d’être changés ( moisissures ++). Parking sous sol difficile d’accès si on a une grosse voiture

Ubicación excelente. Buenas vistas. El parking hace mucho más cómodo moverse por la zona. El piso está bien equipado.
La cama era muy incómoda y las sábanas eran de plástico. El segundo cuarto era muy pequeño.

De locatie is top, recht aan het strand. De garagebox is superhandig. Het appartement beschikt over alle dagelijkse benodigdheden, zoals allerlei keukengerei, afwas- en wasmachine, ovens, koel- en vrieskast, strijkijzer, noem maar op…. Vrij ruim appartement met een leuke indeling, ruime keuken, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers.
Het onderhoud zou iets beter kunnen: er hing een onaangename geur in het appartement (tabaksgeur of hondengeur), de badkamers zijn ietwat verouderd en vochtig. We hadden ook wel een airco kunnen gebruiken.

Mooie ligging, fraai uitzicht, goede parkeer faciliteiten, veel licht, goede bedden
Beroerde basisvoorzieningen: 1 toilet spoelde niet door, van het 2e toilet zat de bril los, diverse lampen waren kapot, uit het nespressospparaat kwam alleen koude koffie
