Very well maintained and modernised family home, on a large block

2 bedrooms with BIR's 2 bathrooms
Kitchen / dining with electric cooking & spacious lounge
Block size of approx. 1241m2 fully fenced
2 car steel carport
2 gas heaters, system A/C & gas HWS
Small Fridge with Freezer , Microwave and TV available.
Currently this house got 1 queen bed , 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (Double bottom and single top suitable for Children only).
Can accommodate 5 guests (maximum 3 adults)
All linen provided including towels.
Perfect place to spend a weekend.
Feel free to ask any questions.
Minimum 2 nights booking is required. However minimum 3 nights required during long weekends. Please note that I don't accept any bookings requested by 3rd party due to a recent incident.

Highly recommend this place, it’s very clean, great quite location. Great for family’s. I stayed here with my 1yr, 2yr. (I bought my own porta cots) And my partners 14yr and 11yr. It was perfect.
Don is a amazing host that will go above and beyond for you when staying here. I’ll be definitely coming back here on a regular basis as I have family here in Ararat.
It’s a must stay if your visiting the area.

Warm and cosy. However not as clean as expected. Kitchen not cleaned since last use. Crumbs in microwave, spilt food on outside of oven. Needed to wash dishes before use. Grotty tablecloth. Linen good. Shower clean but bathtub only half - cleaned. Would not stay again.
