Apartment facilities were okay. We stayed for 8 days & 7 nights. We were only given 1 access card. We asked for another access card as we were a family of 5. To which, they put it in the mailbox the very best morning. Very responsive and professional.

However; Firstly, on the 7th day, the WiFi was down for a long period of time. Messages to the property were not very responsive. They took a long time to reply. Unprofessional. Secondly, they took a deposit of a solid 300MYR (sent by me via bank transfer to the property), mind you, (the fees were bourne by me by my bank, apart from the 300MYR sent to them. However, when it was their time to return my deposit via a transfer, they used my 300MYR to deduct 6.62MYR fees from their transfer app. When I raised it up, I was being compared to other guests who never complained about such and was also wrongly accused that I was not educated about conversion currencies. I stated that it was ridiculous and unprofessional of them to do such. They then took it as their ticket to scold me cheap and ridiculous, also mentioned to transfer my OWN money back (the 6.62MYR) as charity. WOW. I was challenged to even report to booking.com. And yes, I sure did.
