The holiday home park De Tong is located in the 'Aquadelta' complex. It stands out from other facilities due to its generosity, is well maintained and impresses with its green spaces.
In the system, the cars are parked directly at the entrance to the parking lots, only for loading and unloading may be driven in front of the houses. This enables carefree play and cycling for younger guests.
Our house is comfortably furnished. Because especially on vacation you shouldn't miss anything. The rooms were all painted brightly, decorated according to the Nordic model and decorated with great attention to detail.

Brilliant time in Bruinisse!

Brilliant time in Bruinisse!

Our first time using this website and also our first summer holiday in the Netherlands: Happy to say a great success overall! Of course, we had to navigate a few hurdles but that is to be expected: arriving after-hours was probably unwise as the small admin unit in De Tong does not have the same organisational muscle as Aquadelta next door. The bed situation also confused us and could have soured the experience - the online picture and description of the 2nd bedroom don't match the current reality as there is no sofabed. Thankfully, the sofa in the living room downstairs is long and comfortable! Other than that, the house is beautifully furnished, very clean and rather cosy. It had everything we needed and is set in a very quiet corner of the Aquadelta/De Tong. The nearby beaches are both quite small but enough for an hour of sunbathing and relaxing. The big beaches of Schouwen-Duiveland are further North about 20 minutes by car which was good motivation for us to explore places like Scharendijke. What surprised us was a delightful lack of mass tourism feel in Bruinisse. We indulged in a lot of different activities but never had the feeling that the place was overloaded with tourists which was rather nice. On the few days of bad weather we ventured to Rotterdam which has transformed itself into a vibrant, colourful city with plenty of premium eateries and some serious shopping opportunities. Finally, great thanks to the owner of the place who very patiently replied to all my queries in the run-up to our stay. I am pretty sure we will back again soon!

Das Haus liegt im im Bereich De Tong des Aquadelta Parks und ist nur einen Katzensprung weg vom Brulnisser Sandstrand. Der Bereich De Tong ist sehr schön angelegt und ruhig gelegen. Für die Kinds gibt es eine Luftkissentrampolin und eine Spielplatz mit anliegendem Bolzplatz in Laufweite. Das Häusschen ansich bietet alles was man braucht. Das Elterschlafzimmer könnte etwas höher sein. Da es im Obergeschoss ist und direkt unter dem Dach, ist es recht niedrig, aber zum Schlafen reicht es vollkommen aus. Ansonsten ist ein kleiner privater Garten dabei und was für Zeeland und diversen Regentagen gut ist, ist die überdachte Terasse. Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts zu mekern.

Doppelhaushälfte im Ferienpark mit Potenzial

Die Unterkunft ist schon älter und müsste mal dringend einer gründlichen Grundreinigung unterzogen werden. Außerdem besteht ein Renovierungsstau. Der Strand ist in einem Hafenbecken, wo die Boote ihre Abwasser einlassen. Es riecht etwas streng. Wenn das einem nichts ausmacht, kann man da auch baden. Wir haben das nicht getan und sind ca. 30 km zum nächsten Sandstrand gefahren. Das Haus hat billige, durchgelegene Matratzen, wobei in dem Stockbett die obere Matratze zu klein ist. Das Bett ist 90/200 cm und die Matratze ist 70/80 cm breit. Alles ist mit einem Fettfilm überzogen und klebt. Eine regelmäßige Reinigung würde dies verhindern. Es fehlen Liegen im Garten. Außerdem gibt es überall Silberfische. Das geht für uns überhaupt nicht! Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in diesem liebevoll gestalteten Ferienhäusschen. Wir können es weiter empfehlen! Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Backofen, ansonsten ist das Haus großzügig ausgestattet. Vor der Anreise sollte man unbedingt die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption beachten! Wenn man Pech hat, steht man sonst vor verschlossener Tür. Wir wünschen allen Urlauber eine schöne Zeit

Alles Nötige in der Wohnung vorhanden. Schön ruhig gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider hat das Bad seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Bei Ankunft waren Bad und Küche nicht sehr sauber. Der Kamin war voller Asche . Die Betten waren fleckig und voller Haare. Leider hat uns die Verwaltung hier auch nicht weitergeholfen. Unser Fazit: wir mieten dort nicht noch einmal.

Bij aankomst en inchecken moesten we nog eens schoonmaakkosten betalen en geld voor de slagboom en service. In mijn beleving had ik dat al betaald omdat dit het bedrag was dat exact overeenkwam met het te betalen bedrag vooraf. Ik heb het maar betaald, maar ga dit nog exact uitzoeken. De woning zag er van de buitenknat erg troosteloos uit en was ook zeker toe aan een schildersbeurt. verder was ie van binnen erg gedateerd, vooral de badkamer. De keuken was netjes en volledig. Op het eerste gezicht wel schoon, maar dat viel later ook tegen als je de stofpluizen tegen kwam op de plinten en onder de bank. Het bed was verschrikkelijk. Wel groot, maar het matras was zo dus en vol ribbels dat je er niet goed op kon slapwn. De lattenbodem was ook niet stevig, met als gevolg dat we erdoorheen zakten. Bij nadere inspectie bleek ie al meerdere malen gerepareerd te zijn d.v schroeven die de latten vast moesten zetten. Toen bleek er ook nog een grote gele vlek op de onderkant van het matras te zitten. 5 nachten beroerd geslapen dus. Mijn dochter en zoontje van 2 kwamen een nachtje logeren. het kinderbedje kon niet opgezet worden, omdat de zijkant steeds weer omlaag klapte, dus hij moest verplicht bij zijn moeder in bed. Dat bed was al niet veel beter. De lattenbodem lag los en het matras was nog dunner en geribbeld dan op ons bed. Mijn dochter heeft dus de hele nacht geen ook dicht gedaan. Daarnaast vonden we het heel vreemd dat het spiegelkastje in de badkamer vol toiletartikelen stonden van anderen. Niet zo fris vind ik dat. ook het douchegordijn was erg smerig en geel van onderen. En de kraan lekte aan de onderkant. In de keuken, die erg netjes en volledig was zag ik in een keuekenkastallemaal voedingsartikelen staan die niet van ons waren. Ook dit vond ik niet zo fijn. Je zou toch verwachten dat je in een schoon en leeg huisje komt dat je huurt. De tuin was erg onverzorgt, dus gezellig daar zitten deed je ook al niet. Daarnaast was het plastic afdak al heel lang niet schoongemaakt aan de groene aankoeking te zien. Dit alles heeft ons doen besluiten het park 2 dagen eerder te verlaten. We zijn dus op donderdag vertrokken ipv op zaterdag. Ons zul je hier nooit meer terug zien. Mvg, Marjan en Ewoud

Ein nettes und schön eingerichtetes Häuschen. Leider waren die Bäder nicht geputzt, was aber an der Verwaltung lag. Wir haben dafür die Hälfte der Reinigungskosten wieder erhalten. Waschmaschine fehlt. Pool gibt es in der Anlage nebenan.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es fehlt nichts um eine erholsame Woche dort zu verbringen. Sauber war es grundsätzlich auch, jedoch darf man nicht pingelig in jede Ecke oder unter das Sofa gucken. Aber Küche und Bad waren einwandfrei und das war uns wichtig. Lage ist insbesondere mit Kindern ideal. Der Park ist sauber und verfügt über diverse Spielplätze. Da Autofrei können sich die kleinen auch frei bewegen. Bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Wir haben uns gut erholt und würden auch wiederkommen!

Wir hatten nur ein paar Tage Urlaub, aber das war nicht schlimm, denn wir waren sofort angekommen in dem wirklich liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen. Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch total unkompliziert. Der Park ist auch schön und sauber, wir haben einfach mal entspannt. Kommen gerne mal wieder!

Eine schöne Woche im Herbst 2018

Sehr kurz entschlossen haben wir dieses Ferienhaus gebucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die gut ausgestattete Küche, wenn man vom fehlenden Backofen absieht. Die Küche ist so gepflegt, dass wir sogar Gewürze und Reste der Vorgänger benutzen mochten, was bisher noch nie der Fall war. Alles im Haus ist sauber und frei von Staub und Spinnenweben. Sehr nützlich ist auch die Überdachung der Terrasse, die wir auch bei Regenwetter genutzt haben. Eine Hürde ist allerdings das Öffnen der Terrassentür beim erstan Mal, bis man das Prinzip verstanden hat, die Tür ist nicht defekt!! Leider haben wir nicht die Spaß bringenden Fahrräder ausprobiert, aber Spaß hatten wir trotzdem. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima und ermöglicht viele Aktivitäten, je nach Lust und Laune; seien es ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand (ca. 200 m entfernt), Erkundungen der kleinen Städtchen drumherum, wie z.B. Zierikzee oder Goes (am besten dienstags, da ist Markt) mit Besichtigung des beeindruckenden Wehrs, das die Ostschelde von der Nordsee abschließt. Empfehlenswert sind auch Tagesausflüge, wie z.B. nach Antwerpen. Alles ist in erreichbarer Nähe. Wir hatten rundum eine interessante und erholsame Woche, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitspielen wollte. Das Häuschen ist sehr zu empfehlen!
