The quality and size of the property along with the stunning views.
The stairs were a challenge with a suitcase! The pillows were too soft. Somevpillow options would be nice....a flatter firmer pillow is my preference.

Fantastic views from lounge/living room and bedroom
Exasperating on arrival and departure as suitcases had to be lugged up and down two flights of stairs……definitely a lift should have to be factored in to elevate this apartment to the next level

The most amazing view. Great location, only a short drive into Queenstown and close to airport, the Boat Shed for breakfast and Italian Way for pizza.

Lovely new Condo style apartment with great views of the lake & mountains.. Two huge bathrooms. The whole place was lovely, and I appreciated the wine & chocolates on arrival, coffee pod machine & lovely smelling soaps & shampoos, conditioners in the bathroom. Was a great stay overall. Parking on the roof.
The dishwasher broke, but the staff were very responsive. The master bedroom with a huge walk-in robe & large bathroom was set up as twin beds whilst the smaller room was set up as double/queen bed, which was confusing considering we had 2 adults (parents) & 2 teenager kids. Still enjoyed the fabulous views and modern facilities.
