The facility is close to all important amneties like Okovango delta and Moremi game reserve and also very close to shopping facility. The facility is superb for group bookings. The pool and braai are is beautiful.
I would like the kitchen area to be fully equipped with kitchen utensils and at least a microwave.

The communal cooking facilities are very good, with a gas hob and oven and large refrigerators. There is an inviting swimming pool reserved for chalet occupants.
Cutlery, tableware, and cooking pots were not provided (we had an equipped camping vehicle so this didn't matter). Parking is quite a long way from the chalets/kitchen. No hot water.

Everything was average or slightly above average. Nothing special.
The chalets are very basic. No hanging or storage space for clothes. Only one chair for two people? Second morning there was no staff at the restuarant/kitchen until 07:30. We were there for breakfast at 07:00. The skeleton staff could eventually only give us the ganola breakfast. No milk for coffee...
