Location, room view, room area
Clean was not proper, weak internet, i sent some comments through Booking application without response, shower is not maintained before my stay , one of restaurant staff not good attitude

Amazing stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful.
Special thanks to Hamada from the Housekeeping team for his outstanding effort and attention to detail, and to Mamdouh from the Reception team for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. They truly made our stay more comfortable.

The facilities like super market and pharmacy
Housekeeping is very bad, they don’t clean well and they don’t change the towels and bed covers and sheets.
The restaurant variety is very poor, there is a chef on the buffet and he distribute the food to us like a charity. This is very bad behavior and I hated my stay because of his behavior
